Federal.ai Optimize ("we", "us", "our") operates the landing page at federalai.airforce. This notice explains what information we collect through the contact and demo request forms on this site, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information. We take the handling of government and military contact data seriously and keep this notice plain and direct.
When you submit a contact or demo request form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide:

We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or session recording on this site beyond basic page-view analytics (aggregated, non-personally-identifiable). We do not collect IP addresses or device fingerprints.
We use the information you submit exclusively to respond to your inquiry, schedule a product demonstration, or discuss Optimize licensing for your base. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles. Your submission is used only for the direct business purpose you initiated by filling out the form.
Submissions are stored in a managed database hosted in the United States. We retain contact and demo request records for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until the business inquiry is resolved, whichever comes first. After that period, records are permanently deleted. We apply industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit for all stored data.
If you submit a .mil or other government email address, we treat that address with the same protections described in this notice. We do not share government contact information with any commercial third party. We understand that government personnel may have additional constraints on how their contact information is used, and we respect those constraints by limiting use strictly to responding to your inquiry.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have submitted through our forms. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below with the subject line "Privacy Request" and include the email address you used when submitting the form. We will respond within 10 business days.
